Definition

Arranging numbers (or other items) in descending order means to arrange them from largest to smallest.


Example 1 (with Numbers)

The numbers 12, 5, 7, 10, 1, 160 arranged in descending order are 160, 12, 10, 7, 5, 1.


Example 2 (with Items)

These measuring spoons are arranged in descending order of size (left to right).
