Marie Goodale
Marie Goodale has trained in psychiatric nursing. As a nursing aide, she worked as an interpreter for Dene patients in various hospitals in Edmonton. Marie has trained and worked as a teacher aide, tutoring university aboriginal students at U of A and Grant MacEwan College. She received a Bachelor of Education from the University of Alberta and Grant MacEwan. She has taught at the elementary level (grades K and 5, Grade 1, grades 5, 6 and 7, and as a special education and reading recovery teacher) and is currently teaching Dene culture and language.
